Your Health & Personal Responsibility

I honour that this retreat is a space for connection, growth, and exploration, and I take full responsibility for my own wellbeing throughout.

I agree to inform Eve of any injuries, medical conditions, health concerns, or pregnancies prior to the retreat. I understand that all movement, activities, and experiences are optional, and I will listen to my body, moving in a way that feels safe, supportive, and aligned with my own limits.

I recognise that physical activity and outdoor experiences naturally carry some level of risk. I agree to take full responsibility for my participation and to stop at any point if I feel pain, discomfort, or the need to rest. I accept responsibility for any injuries or issues that may arise.

I confirm that I am in suitable physical and mental health to attend. If I have any concerns, I will seek guidance from a qualified medical professional prior to the retreat and obtain consent where necessary. I understand that any guidance offered during the retreat is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

If I am pregnant, post-natal, or recovering from surgery, I confirm that I have received medical approval to participate and that I do so at my own risk.

I understand that parts of the retreat may take place in nature — whether that’s hiking, exploring, or time on the water — and I agree to come prepared and insured. I will obtain appropriate travel and medical insurance prior to attending and acknowledge that Eve Powell and the hosting venue are not responsible for any injuries incurred.

Our Commitment & Liability

This retreat has been created with care, intention, and high standards, and we are committed to delivering an experience that reflects what has been shared.

That said, I understand that some things are outside of anyone’s control. Eve Powell is not responsible for travel disruptions, delays, cancellations, natural events, or changes in my personal circumstances.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for my personal belongings throughout the retreat, and that no liability is held for loss, theft, or damage.

If something doesn’t feel right during my experience, I will communicate this privately and respectfully so it can be addressed with care.

This is a shared space, and I agree to show up with respect for others. Any form of anti-social behaviour, bullying, or disrespect goes against the values of this retreat. I understand that Eve Powell reserves the right to ask any guest to leave if these values are not upheld, without refund.

Photography, Videography & Memories

This retreat is a space filled with beautiful, real moments — and some of these may be captured.

I give permission for Eve Powell to take photos and videos during the retreat and to use this content for marketing, storytelling, and sharing the essence of the experience. I understand I will not review content prior to publication and confirm I am of legal age to consent.

If I would prefer not to be photographed or filmed, I will communicate this before the retreat begins, and this will be fully respected.

Where possible, I may receive selected images as a way to relive and remember the experience.

Final Acknowledgement

By confirming my place, I acknowledge that I am choosing to participate fully, consciously, and at my own risk.

I understand these terms and accept them as part of stepping into this experience — taking responsibility for myself while co-creating a safe, respectful, and supportive space for everyone involved.
